Uni Gang Take Hong Kong/Macau (6D/6N, September 2011)
Hello everyone! :)
Here you'll find a summary of our 6 day holiday in Hong Kong & Macau. We planned a rough itinerary before we went, and had a to-do list compiled from weeks of (food) research and I'm proud to say that I think the trip was a bit smoother because of the itinerary we had (good job guys; that 2am planning session paid off!).
I'll also make our to-do list available for download on our blog because even though we did about half of our to-do list, I'd hate for the rest of it to go to waste - hope some of you out there can benefit from it!
As we relive our holiday fun through upcoming blog posts, we'll continue to link those posts back into this itinerary for easy reference if you're ever looking for a holiday guide to that part of the world (and also for us one day if we'd ever like to take a walk down memory lane :)) Have fun, and happy holidays!

Checking into the Best Western Hotel Taipa Macau (Gak Lan Jau Dim) 澳門格蘭酒店, taking Bus 33, visiting Senado Square, snacking at Cafe Golden Carriage 金馬輪咖啡餅店, lunch at Kam Lung Yun Nam Mai Sin 金隆雲南米線, accidentally stopping by Casa de Lou Kau, visiting Ruins of St Paul, visiting City of Dreams 新濠天地, dinner at McDonald's, watching The House of Dancing Water show!, visiting The Venetian Macao, walking around The Grand Canal Shoppes
Day #2
Amazing breakfast at Cafe e Nata Margaret's 瑪嘉烈蛋撻店, taking the CotaiJet to Hong Kong, checking into our Wan Chai Apartment, lunch at Joy Hing Roasted Meat 再興燒臘飯店 @ Wan Chai, the long walk to The Peak Tram, stunning views at Victoria's Peak, visiting Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, dinner at Spaghetti 360 The Peak Galleria, dessert at Marion Crepes
